What I Heard in My Spirit About the Shift We’re In Now

I wasn’t asking for a message.

I was just cooking dinner.
Feeding my babies.
Standing in the most normal moment of my day.

And suddenly—
I felt something.

Heavy.
Centered in my chest.
And then came the words:

“You’ll be okay. Your heart is strong.”

I didn’t know what it meant at first.
But then an image flickered:

The White House. On fire.

Not literally.
Symbolically. Energetically. Spiritually.

🔥 The Message Was Clear:

Black women have done enough.

We voted.
We prayed.
We showed up.
We organized.
We carried this country on our backs with love, resilience, and a kind of magic most of the world will never understand.

And now?
We’re sitting down.
Because the fire isn’t ours.

We’re not burning it down.
But we’re not saving it either.

The ancestors are saying:

“Rest.
The fire is coming.
Let it clear what it must.
And then you will rise.”

This isn’t laziness.
This is sacred retreat.
It’s us stepping out of survival and into sovereignty.

Let the systems collapse.
Let the untruths burn.
We are no longer responsible for carrying what was never ours.

Quiet…
Restless in your soul but peaceful in your bones—
